This policy explains how SYNERGY HOUSEWARES, LLC (“we”, “us”) handles information collected through the Wolfgang Puck Warranty Center at wpwarranty.synergyhousewares.com. It covers what we collect, how we use and share it, how we protect it, and how you can see, correct or delete it.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

Product registration: your first and last name, email address, and your product’s model number, purchase date and store.
Help requests: what you tell us about your product, when an issue started, what would help, and any receipt or product photos you upload.
Technical information: your internet (IP) address, used briefly to stop automated abuse of our forms. We don’t use it to identify you.

How we use it

To register your product and email you a confirmation with your account number.
To answer your questions and handle warranty claims, including shipping a replacement part or product when needed.
To keep a record of your products so we can help you faster next time.

Unless you ask us not to, we may occasionally email you about new products, special offers or changes to this policy. You can opt out at any time.

Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We do not sell or rent it to anyone. We share it only when needed to help you, for example with a shipping company to send a replacement, or when required by law. A few service providers handle limited information on our behalf:

Cloudflare checks that a real person is filling out our forms, and gives us anonymous visit statistics (such as which pages are viewed) without cookies.
Microsoft delivers our confirmation emails.
YouTube plays our how-to videos. YouTube loads only when you press play on a video.

Your choices

At any time you can ask us to:

Show you what information we have about you, if any.
Correct or update it.
Delete it.
Stop sending you marketing emails.

Security

Everything you send through this site is encrypted in transit. You’ll see “https” and a lock icon in your browser’s address bar. Uploaded files are checked before we accept them and are stored on our own systems, never on the public website. Only employees who need your information to do their job, such as customer service, can see it. The servers that store it are kept in a secure environment.

Cookies

We use one cookie that lasts only while your browser is open. It connects your registration to a help request and to photos you send from your phone. Cloudflare may set a cookie to confirm you’re a person. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Because we don’t track you across other websites, our site works the same whether or not your browser sends a “Do Not Track” signal.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Links to other sites

This site links to other websites, such as our recall page and YouTube. We aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

If we make important changes, we’ll post the new policy on this page and update the date at the top.
